Refunds & Returns

NOTEBOOK PRO will check and ensure all the products are in the good condition before delivery. We guarantee all products are brand new and first class quality from their manufacturers. Therefore, we DO NOT accept any return from customer UNLESS it is damaged or defected during transit. Please notify us within 3 days from the moment you receive the good and found that it is damaged or defected. Failure to do so will be treated at your own risk, NOTEBOOK PRO will not be responsible and accept any return after the 3 days grace period.


NOTEBOOK PRO does not practice any refund policy. Therefore, we only provide an exchange if the item is dead on arrival or wrong product been delivered to customer.


NOTEBOOK PRO will not accept exchange as per below conditons:
-       Personal issue: change of mind, wrong product order, etc
-       Product returned without prior notice to NOTEBOOK PRO within 3 days.
-       Product returned without original packing or incomplete accessories or    promotional gift.


HOW TO REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION/RETURN/EXCHANGE
•    Buyers can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched upon agreed date, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
•    In case Notebook Pro has already dispatched the product, cancellation request will be rejected..
•    After Notebook Pro checks if returned product is flaw, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
•    Buyers can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped and buyers should send an email for details with photos attached.


Criteria for Return/Exchange
Buyers can request for return/exchange within 3 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:
•    When request due to change of mind.
•    When product is used, destroyed or damaged.
•    When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened.
•    When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost.
•    When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
•    When buyer did not follow instructions included in product and make physical damage to the products.
